DIESEL GENERATOR CONTRACTING WORKS

VM TECH Company associated with Diesel Generator works provide a complete solution for Installation of Diesel Generator for Projects and has successfully installed DG’s from capacity 30 to 2500kVA along with all the accessories

CONTRACTING

  • Installation of Diesel Generator as per Qatar Constructions Specifications 2014 fulfilling the mandatory requirements of the Project consultants and supporting the Contractor with our economical packages which is in compliance with the regulations.
  • Installation works include Placement of Diesel Generator at appropriate place dedicated in the Project after completing the site assessments Rooftop, Basements.
  • Laying of Cable, Cable tray, termination with the Glands
  • Laying of Cables between the Inverters and the DB for output Power Supply
  • Supply of Complete Solar Systems with the Battery energy storage systems for complete power reliability of 24 Hours
  • Installation of the Diesel Generator with Exhaust Pipes, Cladding, Spring Isolators, Spring Hangers for arresting vibrations, Cable Laying and terminations
  • VM TECH has installed Diesel Generators in critical areas by fulfilling the highest safety of its workforce and the machinery
  • HSE records of the sites are recorded and the works are conducted under the supervision of the Safety Officer.

  • Installation of Standby Diesel Generator scope includes DG Sizing Calculation, Pre – Engineering works Room Dimensions Calculation, Air Flow Calculation.
  • VM TECH solution include Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning and after sales maintenance and Service.
  • Supply of DG as per Qatar Construction Specifications 2014 includes derating at 50°C Ambient Temperature and accessories such as Jacket water heater, Anti – Condensation heater – which supports the DG during the low ambient temperature and cold start, Battery Charger, Ni-Cad Battery, Volts free contacts for Fire alarm interface.
  • Installation of DG Sets as per QCS – Qatar Construction Specifications 2014 with Cladding, Radiator Duct and Sound attenuators to achieve the required dBA levels.
  • Fuel Systems installations as per QCS and WOQOD Norms
  • Testing and Commissioning of the DG units as per the standards interface with Fire Alarm, SCADA, BMS RS 485, Remote Monitoring by Ethernet / GSM, TCP, Modbus, IP, Load bank testing etc.,
